// honest answers
Things people ask before buying.
How private is this, really?
Honest answer: we sell VPS and VPN services from hardware we own, in a country we are based in, under EU law. Signup takes an email address. Crypto payments don't pass through a third-party KYC processor on our side — we credit your invoice from the wallet address we generate for it.
What we are not: an intelligence operation, a no-logs absolutist, or a magical anonymity service. We keep the access and billing records that Romanian law requires of any commercial operator. Treat us like a privacy-respecting hosting company, not a darknet provider.
What data do you collect when I sign up?
For an order: an email address (used to deliver credentials and reply to support), a username + password of your choice, and the IP you signed up from. For active services: standard access logs (rotated) and billing records.
What we do not collect from this site: third-party marketing trackers, advertising cookies, social-network pixels. The only tracker is first-party Google Analytics, gated behind the cookie banner — decline it and you're not measured.
Can I pay only in Monero, or does some part of the flow leak to a card processor?
You can pay 100% in Monero (or BTC / Lightning / USDT / others). No card processor is involved on a crypto order — the invoice shows a payment address, you send funds, the service provisions when the chain confirms.
Card payments are available if you want them, processed by Netopia (which carries KYC thresholds under EU law). If you pay in Monero, none of that applies to your transaction.
What jurisdiction applies, and what about US data-access laws?
ZERGRUSH SRL is registered in Romania (J40/18256/2018, fiscal code RO36514517) with a registered office at Strada Pridvorului, nr. 19, Bucharest. All services run on EU soil. We are not subject to the US CLOUD Act, FISA, or National Security Letters.
Romanian law of course applies — we cooperate with legitimate requests from competent Romanian authorities backed by proper legal basis. We do not voluntarily share customer data with anyone.
What if you get an abuse or takedown request about my server?
We evaluate every request under Romanian and EU law — not under the jurisdiction of the requester. A DMCA letter from a US rights-holder is not a Romanian court order. Frivolous or vague requests go in the bin.
If a request is legitimate and binding under EU/Romanian law, we forward it to you and give you a chance to respond before any action. We do not pre-emptively suspend services on rumour or unverified accusations.
Will my email be shared, sold, or used for marketing?
No. The only systems that see your signup email are: our WHMCS billing system (where you have an account), and Netopia (only if you specifically choose card payment). We do not run a marketing list, do not sell or trade customer data, and do not share customer lists between the Zergrush brands.
